Most agencies manage millions in premium across hundreds of policyholders — and they're doing it with spreadsheets and gut instinct. RevEngine exists to change that.
My name is Kevin Beeftink. I build software through Kevlex Digital, a company focused on tools for high-complexity operational problems. RevEngine came out of direct exposure to how insurance agencies and IMOs actually manage their business — not the polished version, but the reality: commission statements reconciled in spreadsheets, cross-sell opportunities identified by gut feel, agent performance measured by who yells loudest in the Monday call.
The data was always there. The problem was that nobody had connected it. Carrier exports sitting in downloads folders. AMS records out of sync with CRM contacts. Commission calculations done manually every month because the AMS can't handle split rates, override hierarchies, or exceptions without human intervention.
RevEngine is the intelligence layer that sits on top of what agencies already have — not a replacement for their AMS or CRM, but the engine that makes all of it meaningful. It ingests your data, normalizes it across carriers and product lines, and surfaces what actually drives revenue: coverage gaps, at-risk renewals, agent penetration, and commission accuracy.
We're in early access. The product is live inside real agency operations, including Key Retirement Solutions, where a single book analysis surfaced over 20,000 cross-sell opportunities. The roadmap is shaped by the agencies we work with — and we're selective about who we onboard, because the feedback loop is what makes the product better.
Your AMS tracks policies. Your CRM tracks contacts. But neither one answers the questions that actually drive growth: Which policyholders have coverage gaps worth pursuing? Which agents are under-penetrating their book? Where is churn risk building before it becomes lost business? Is the commission statement you got from the carrier actually correct?
The answer is buried in your data — spread across carrier exports, AMS records, and CRM fields that have never been connected. Agencies that try to solve this manually spend 10–20 hours a month on analysis that only scratches the surface. RevEngine runs that analysis automatically, across every agent and carrier, every time new data comes in.
RevEngine doesn't ask you to change your CRM, your AMS, or how your agents work. It imports your existing policy data — from CSV exports, GoHighLevel, or your AMS — normalizes it across carriers and product lines, and surfaces what matters: where to grow, what to protect, who's at risk.
The insights are in your data already. RevEngine makes them visible — and actionable. When you're ready, the campaign add-on turns those insights into booked appointments, on a performance fee that means we only earn when you do.
RevEngine is live inside a limited group of insurance agencies and IMO networks. Early access partners help shape the product — which scenarios get built, which integrations come first, which reports matter most. In return, they get the deepest access, the lowest price, and the most influence over the roadmap.
We're onboarding a limited group of insurance agencies and brokers. If you have a book worth analyzing, we want to work with you.
RevEngine is built by Kevin Beeftink through Kevlex Digital, a software company focused on tools for high-complexity operational workflows. Kevin built RevEngine after direct exposure to how insurance agencies and IMOs manage commission processing and portfolio analytics in practice — and the gap between what their existing tools provide and what they actually need to grow.
Yes. RevEngine is an early-stage product under active development. Early access partners work directly with the founding team — not a support queue. That means faster feedback loops, direct influence over the roadmap, and a locked-in rate when paid tiers launch.
Two ways. First, a monthly SaaS subscription (Essentials at $249/mo or Professional at $499/mo) covers the platform — analytics, scorecards, commission processing, and API access. Second, an optional campaign add-on earns a performance fee (20% of first-year commission) on policies bound through RevEngine-powered campaigns. Early access is free while we validate the product with real agency data.
Kevlex Digital is based in the Netherlands. RevEngine is built for and used by insurance agencies and IMO networks in the United States. Our infrastructure runs in the EU (Supabase EU West) and complies with GDPR. A Data Processing Addendum is available for US partners on request.
