How attribution works

Attribution is tracked through the RevEngine data pipeline — when a new policy is bound or a lapsed policy reinstated within the attribution window of a campaign touchpoint, it counts. The full audit trail is available in your RevEngine dashboard. You see exactly what was attributed before any fees are calculated.

Pricing questions

Correct. Early access is free for qualifying insurance agencies and IMO networks. The qualification is about fit — agencies with a meaningful book of business (300+ policyholders) and a willingness to share feedback get priority. No credit card, no commitment.

We'll give early access partners at least 90 days notice before any transition to paid plans. When it happens, early access partners will have a locked-in rate that doesn't change regardless of what we charge new customers.

The campaign add-on is separate from the SaaS subscription. Your monthly platform fee (Essentials or Professional) stays fixed regardless of campaign activity. When RevEngine-powered campaigns generate attributable premium — a new policy bound or a lapsed policy saved that traces to a campaign touchpoint — RevEngine earns a percentage of the first-year commission on that policy. The full attribution logic is visible in your RevEngine dashboard before any fee is invoiced. You see exactly what's being attributed and why.

A policy is attributed to a campaign when it's bound within the attribution window (typically 60 days) of a tracked campaign touchpoint for that policyholder. Attribution is calculated from your own policy data running through RevEngine — the same data pipeline that powers your portfolio analytics. There are no black boxes.

An active insurance agency or IMO with a book of business you can export from your current system. We're not looking for a specific size — we're looking for agencies with real portfolio data and a genuine interest in using portfolio intelligence to grow. Agencies with 300+ policyholders and an active book tend to see the most immediate value.

Yes. The SaaS subscription (Essentials or Professional) stands on its own — portfolio analytics, churn scoring, agent scorecards, commission processing.
