We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your policy data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Insurance policy records you import are processed only to generate the analytics and reports you request. We do not use your policy data to train machine learning models or share it with any third party. Your data belongs to you and is never used outside the scope of providing your RevEngine account. Data is stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS.
Early access partners receive a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) upon request, covering GDPR Article 28 requirements.
We use minimal first-party cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may use a lightweight analytics tool (privacy-preserving, no cross-site tracking) to understand page-level usage.
Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Uploaded policy data is deleted within 30 days of account termination or upon your request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at kevin.beeftink@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
RevEngine infrastructure is hosted within the European Union (Supabase EU West region). If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, TLS in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
