Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RevEngine ("the Service"), provided by Kevlex Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist participants and early access partners.

2. Description of the Service

RevEngine is a portfolio intelligence platform that helps insurance agencies and brokers analyze their book of business. It ingests policy data you provide (via CSV import or connected data sources) and generates analytics, opportunity scoring, agent scorecards, and related reports.

3. Early access

The Service is currently in early access. During this period:

• Access is free for qualifying agencies accepted into the program.
• Features, interfaces, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate early access at our discretion.
• Early access partners may be asked to provide feedback and participate in product research.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain full ownership of all policy data and other content you upload to RevEngine. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any data you provide, including any necessary authorisations from your clients or carriers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Upload data you are not authorised to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

RevEngine, including its software, algorithms, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Kevlex Digital. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated will be complete or accurate. Analytics and opportunity scores are informational and do not constitute financial, insurance, or compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kevlex Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 if no amounts have been paid).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
